Low impact classes featuring exercises put together with well-known music into enjoyable routines, followed by toning and stretching exercises specifically adapted for middle-aged plus exercisers.
It doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before or if you already have a good fitness level, if you are looking ofr a fun, friendly class to improve your fitness then you are very welcome!
Classes run during term-time and are paid for in termly blocks.
